About Me

Sobre mim The Louise Method

Hi there, my name is Louise Hoppe, and I am so thankful that you are here. I was born and raised in Brazil and moved to Florida when I was 25 years old where I met my husband and started my family. I am a grateful mother to my sweet daughter Maya.

I became a personal trainer 15 years ago to pursue my passion for fitness, nutrition, and healthy living. Since then, I have come to believe exercise is the core foundation of a strong body and mind.

Using my integrative approach, including exercise, mindful eating, and self-care, I want to empower women to jumpstart their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, embracing a new regimen. One of the secrets in life is finding the right balance, so I create customized programs to help women to find their own.

After a painful, inactive pregnancy and a traumatic birth experience, I decided that I would focus on Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness. Even though I was in great shape, being pregnant was very challenging and I could not find professionals that could help alleviate what I was going through.

My passion is to help as many women as possible through the journey of becoming a mother, by helping them have an active pregnancy, and speedy recovery. Through The Louise Method, you will gain the support and encouragement to embrace you as you are and help you to move forward. Let’s work together to get you on your way to a stronger, healthier you!

I am a personal trainer, a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, certified hypopressive trainer and I have a bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Promotion

Your body will go through a lot of changes, both physically and emotionally. This customized program will support you every step of the way, as it will prepare you for your journey from pregnancy, birth, to a quick postpartum recovery.

This all-in-one program will strengthen your body as a whole. It will focus on rebuilding your core strength with a custom plan tailored to your needs. This program is a full body strength routine that mixes in hypopressive training protocols that will get you stronger than ever.

Do you know that just about everyone can benefit from hypopressive training? Low Pressure Fitness is a comprehensive movement system that uses breathing techniques along with poses and exercises that work the entire core, rehabilitating, restoring its function and preventing future issues. This program combines hypopressive techniques that reduces intra abdominal pressure.. Hypopressive training positively impacts post-partum rehab, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, back pain, overall posture, pelvic organ prolapse, shrinks the waistline, prevent hernias, and can improve athletic performance.
